You must use non-chlorinated distilled water or spring water to take with Normalixir. City, chlorinated water, cannot be used with Normalixir because you will lose all the benefits.

If you mix the Normalixir with chlorinated water you also may experience negative results.

Chlorine is a hazardous chemical.  If possible, you should always try to drink only spring water or distilled water.  Another choice would be water that has been filtered to take out the chlorine and other dangerous chemicals such as a reverse osmosis system.
